– CATHOLIC Universities Few days Monday, February 12 th is the start of Catholic Schools Week asiandate flГ¶rt. This community helps guide its people in their devotion to the Faith. By celebrating different facets of Our Lady of Sorrows School, we continue to strengthen the bonds that are the foundation of this Catholic community. The school will be having a variety of activities. Please have your child bring $5.00 to participate in these activities. The donations will be divided up between a variety of charities.

- Pupils can come putting on Reddish.
- Our college or university group is nicely giving a pizza pie dinner on this go out, since a thank-you to all of our great college students and most of the they actually do meant for each other! The youngsters will get 2 totally free pieces of pizza pie about this big date. Please pack any extra dishes otherwise drinks as required. – Ash-wednesday – Degree 3 Mass – No Pizza Lunch This day Ash Wednesday Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 14 th at 9:00 a.m. Parents and grandparents are welcome to join us. Students need to be in full uniform (sweaters and black shoes).
Please note that there was an error on the calendar and the pizza lunch is on Monday, February 13 th and NOT Wednesday, February 14 th .
– Borrowed Boxes Lent boxes will be sent home on Wednesday, February fourteen th (Ash Wednesday) (Grades 1-7). All boxes will be collected after Easter Monday, Monday, April dos nd . We also ask that you print the amount collected on the box. Please use this opportunity to encourage your child to give alms (to do charitable work).
– CATHOLIC EDUCATORS’ Appointment – No College or university All teachers will be attending the Catholic Educators’ Conference on Thursday, February 15 th and Monday, March sixteen th . The school will be closed for these two days.
